30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to initiate a return. Regardless of the reason, returns made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.

Returns Shipping Costs & Shipping Label
If you need to return an item, we’ve got you covered. We fully cover the return shipping cost, no matter the reason for the return, so you won’t pay anything out of pocket. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a downloadable prepaid shipping label to make the process quick and easy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. If your order has already been sent from the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. Once shipped, you may still return it under our standard return policy.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
