30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to initiate a return. No matter the reason, returns are accepted within this timeframe.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full return shipping cost. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if you notice any issues. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please send us photos within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a full refund and shipping cost coverage.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. If your order has already been sent from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. Once shipped, you may still return it under our standard return policy.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
