However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day No Questions Asked Returns

At Mister Paws, we believe in hassle-free returns. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to initiate a return. No matter the reason, we accept returns within this timeframe.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact us via email at support@misterpaws.co or call us at +1 302 257 2294. Please make sure to reach out before sending anything back so we can assist you every step of the way.

Shipping Carrier & Cost

You can return your product using any shipping carrier, but return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the full delivery fee. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours. You did not have to pay a return shipping fee in this case. We pay for the postage of the product back to us.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Missing or Incorrect Items:

Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait until it arrives before organizing a return. Please note that shipping costs will no longer be reimbursed once the order has left our warehouse. You must pay for return shipping, and there are no restocking costs.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the product must reach our warehouse undamaged. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
