How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, it takes between 1-5 business days for us to process it. After processing, the delivery timeframe is between 7-15 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we'll email you a tracking code. You can use this code on our website's tracking page to follow your package's journey.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is completely free for all orders, no matter the weight of your package or where you live!

Refunds & Returns

What is your refunds & returns policy?

At Mister Paws, we believe in hassle-free returns. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to initiate a return. No matter the reason, we accept returns within this timeframe.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, just send us an email at support@misterpaws.co. From there, we'll guide you through each step of the process to make it easy for you!

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your returned product reaches our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. It typically takes about 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Who covers the return delivery cost?

It depends on the reason for returning the product. If the item is damaged or you received the incorrect product, we will cover the full delivery fee. However, if you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
